About RCTT
The Republican Centre for Technology Transfer (RCTT), a division of Academtechnopark Innovation Association, was formed in May 2003. RCTT is supported by the Committee for Science and Technologies at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, the National Academy of Sciences, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

RCTT`s primary goal is to improve the infrastructure for support of innovation activity and technology transfer in the Republic of Belarus, in order to boost the development of innovative enterprises, intensify the cooperation between developers, users of knowledge-based technologies and potential investors, promote the international partnerships in this field.

Tasks set for RCTT:
Formation and maintenance of information databases to be used for servicing clients in technology transfer;
Provision of technology transfer clients with an access to the UNIDO networks and other international databases of scientific research and technology transfer;
Assistance to innovation activity agents in development and promotion of their innovation and investment projects;
Instruction and training of specialists in science- and innovation-related business activity;
Establishment of RCTT’s regional offices in the country, with the purpose of creating a unified national network of technology transfer centres;
Opening representative offices of RCTT in foreign countries.

RCTT renders a range of services
to innovation activity agents in Belarus,
to foreign companies and investors.
