Summary
The Scientific and Practical Center for Agricultural Mechanization offers consumers a hardware and software complex for the identification and monitoring system of the physiological state of animals under a manufacturing agreement and/or a license agreement for the production of receivers and transmitters, as well as software, and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.
Description
The complex was created to provide centralized computer accounting and systematization of parameters, control over the physiological indicators of each animal in the herd, grouping them by various indicators, tracking the dynamics of the influence of factors and activities.
The hardware and software complex of the system for identification and control of the physiological state of animals (IKFS) is designed to control the physiological indicators of each animal in the herd individually on livestock farms and complexes.
Today, in connection with the development of the livestock industry, there is significant potential for increasing the share of the use of the hardware and software complex at Belarusian and Russian enterprises, since the use of this complex allows reducing labor costs in milk production by 30-40% due to centralized computer accounting and systematization of parameters when maintaining zootechnical analysis cards.
The following Business Model can be implemented - Conclusion of license agreements for the production of receivers-transmitters, as well as software for the implementation of identification and control of the physiological state of animals.
Scientific and technical support and the possibility of further improvement of the developed receiver-transmitter and software in order to adapt the software and hardware complex of the system for identification and control of the physiological state of animals with transmitting devices of foreign manufacture.
The information is posted in the Album of promising developments of the organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for the real sector of the economy (2023), pp. 496-497 (in Russian) and on the website of the Scientific and Production Center for Agricultural Mechanization here. Advantages and Innovations
A comparative analysis of the hardware and software complex IRFS with its foreign analogue Heatime ALLFLEX showed that the developed transmitter-receiver (transponder), as well as the software "MAISTAR" are not inferior to the foreign analogue and provide a more reliable determination of the sexual heat in cows in real production conditions.
Unlike foreign analogues, the developed hardware and software complex is more informative, the type of transmitter receiver is RF + IR.
This hardware and software complex allows monitoring and managing milking in real time; carrying out selection work with the herd; identifying animals in heat; determining the quality of milk through the electrical conductivity parameter; promptly generating system messages and alarms; generating reports and graphs on milk yields, veterinary medicine, lactation events, etc.
The developed hardware and software complex of the IRFS system is environmentally safe. The design of the charger, in terms of safety requirements, complies with the requirements of TR CU 004/2011, TR CU 020/2011 and the list of related standards.
