Description
The technology consists in the use of medium-temperature (400 - 600 °C) thermal decomposition in an environment of superheated water vapor, or a vapor-gas mixture (water vapor and gaseous decomposition products of rubber waste) of worn tires to obtain composite liquid fuel and metal scrap (if metal is present in the waste) and special heat treatment of industrial rubber waste, resulting in rubber thermolysis with the formation of solid, liquid and gaseous phases.

A mobile plant has been developed and manufactured that allows recycling worn tires to produce composite liquid fuel (CLF) - a mixture of liquid hydrocarbon and solid carbon products of waste thermolysis. It is possible to develop and manufacture equipment of various capacities.

In terms of calorific value, sulfur content, moisture content, viscosity and flash point, this fuel corresponds (closely) to M40 and M100 fuel oils, and a comparison of its calorific value with that of natural gas shows that 1000 kg of CLF is equivalent to 1146 Nm3 of natural gas.

Technical capabilities of technology using a mobile unit.
Productivity on the processed raw material is 200 kilograms per hour. From one ton of waste you can get:
* up to 400 kilograms of liquid hydrocarbons (similar to oil);
* up to 350 kg of carbon black;
* up to 100 kg of metal cord.
