Summary
SSPA “Optics, Optoelectronics and Laser Technology” offers consumers optoelectronic microwave generators with ultra-low phase noise OEO-10 under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners to conclude a distribution services agreement.
Description
The optoelectronic microwave generator generates harmonic microwave signals with ultra-low phase noise less than -140 dBc/Hz at a detuning frequency of 10 kHz from a microwave carrier in the frequency range of 8-12 GHz.

Main parameters:
- generation frequency: fixed in the range from 6 to 10 GHz depending on the microwave filter in the composition of the generator;
- the level of phase noise at a frequency detuning of 10 kHz from the microwave carrier: −140 dBc/Hz;
- power of the microwave signal generation: >1 mW;
- the level of discrete components in the spectrum of the generation signal: -90 dB;
- power supply voltage: ±8 V;
- maximum consumption current: 2 A.

It is possible to manufacture various radio photonic devices based on fiber-optic components (radio photonic microwave frequency multipliers, radio photonic antennas, radio photonic microwave mixers and radio photonic microwave filters).
