Description
In the Republic of Belarus, specialists from the Republican Center for Technology Transfer (RCTT) and the United Institute of Informatics Problems of the NAS of Belarus (UIIP) have developed an automated system of information support for innovation activities and technology transfer of the NAS of Belarus (ASIS IATT), on the basis of which the Republican Center for Technology Transfer Network (RCTT) operates, providing information support for the transfer and commercialization of technologies created both in the Republic of Belarus and abroad.
In order to improve information support for the Network members, in April 2025, RCTT launched the RCTT AI bot on the RCTT Internet portal, which provides answers to all questions regarding:
• the history of the creation, activities and services provided by RCTT;
• proposals for cooperation of RCTT, organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and other clients of the RCTT network;
• training courses in the field of technology transfer and commercialization;
• legislation in the field of technology transfer and commercialization of various countries;
• insurance of intellectual property;
• instruments for technology transfer and commercialization;
• frequently asked questions in the field of technology transfer and commercialization
and others.
The RCTT AI bot provides accurate and useful answers, taking into account the context of the question and offering personalized recommendations based on your dialogue with the AI bot.

Based on the experience gained in creating the RCTT AI bot, RCTT offers services for creating AI bots for the websites of R&D and innovation organizations under service agreements.
AI bots on research organization websites are used to solve the following tasks:
1. Presenting information about the organization.
2. Resource navigation: helping website visitors find the resources they need (collaboration offers, reports, articles, etc.), making it easier to find information.
3. Event organization: informing about upcoming conferences, seminars, and other events, and helping with registration for them.
4. Application processing: automating the process of submitting applications for grants and funding, helping users fill out forms and providing information about requirements.
5. Feedback provision: collecting feedback and suggestions from users on how to improve the organization's services and resources, which contributes to quality development.
6. Contacting experts: directing users to relevant experts or researchers for more detailed information on specialized issues.
On the websites of innovative enterprises, AI bots can be used to solve the following tasks:
1. Customer and partner support: answering questions about products, services, and innovations, which helps to strengthen relationships with customers and partners.
2. Feedback and ideas: collecting suggestions and ideas from users, which allows enterprises to better understand the market and develop innovations.
3. Product presentation: automatically explaining the features and benefits of new technologies or products, which helps to promote products more effectively.
4. Market analysis: collecting data on user trends and preferences, which helps in developing new solutions and improving existing ones.
5. User training: providing training materials on the use of new technologies, platforms, and tools, which helps to quickly master innovations.
