Summary
Research Laboratory "Filtering Materials" of the Institute of Powder Metallurgy named after Academician O.V. Romana offers consumers a water deferrization unit within the framework of a manufactoring agreement and is looking for partners to conclude an agreement on distribution services.
Description
The research laboratory «Filtering Materials» offers the installation of water decontamination in the framework of the production agreement.
Main charactersitics:
- Purpose: dissolved iron water treatment.
- Capacity - 10 m3/h.
- Maximum energy consumption is no more than 2 kW.
- Residual iron content in water - no more than 0.2 mg / l.
- Mechanical particle removal is 5.0 µm fine.
- Material of filter elements and dispersants - titanium, corrosion-resistant steel.
- The material of the seals is silicone.
- Corps material - corrosion-resistant steel.
- The overall dimensions are not more than 5x2x2 m.
The installation works automatically, with the possibility of switching to manual control each element.
Our installation consists of 3 consecutive blocks:
1. 1. Oxygen saturation unit (with the possibility of ozone feeding) with titanium dispersion units.
2. Block of catalytic purification with a drainage system, which excludes "washing out" of catalyst particles.
3. Thin water purification unit with titanium filter elements, fine purification of 5 µm.

Advantages and Innovations
- Ability to supply ozone.
- Highly effective titanium dispersing agents are used for oxygen saturation.
- Possibility of catalytic loading using any type.
- A special drainage system is used to prevent catalytic loading from the filter.
- The unit design contains a fine water filter for highly efficient removal of precipitated iron.
- The plant used parts made of corrosion-resistant steel and titanium to guarantee the plant long life.
- The machine works automatically. To improve reliability and ease of service, each automation element is backed up by mechanical automation.
