Description
A series of experimental samples of portable laser sources with diode pumping, generating in the visible and near-IR spectral regions with pulse energies from units to tens of millijoules at pulse repetition rates in the range of 1..50 Hz has been developed and created.

The Institute of Physics conducts research within the framework of international projects of the HORIZON 2020 program. One of the projects in which employees of the institute participate is SUPERTWIN (Ultra-high resolution microscopy on entangled states of photons), which includes 8 centers from Italy, Switzerland, Germany, France, The Netherlands and Belarus. In the course of the ACTRIS-2 project (Aerosol, Cloud and Trace Gas Research), an annual cycle of measurements of altitude profiles of atmospheric aerosol parameters was carried out. The measurement results are presented to the database of the European lidar network EARLINET.

The Institute of Physics develops, manufactures and supplies to many countries of the world (Russia, China, Germany, France, USA, Saudi Arabia, India, etc.) laser and optical devices for various purposes, as well as innovative components for laser technology.
