Summary
SSPA “Optics, Optoelectronics and Laser Technology” offers consumers an avalanche-transit photodiode (Read diode) under a manufacturing or license agreement and is looking for partners to conclude a distribution services agreement.
Description
Optoelectronic device for detecting weak optical signals:
* original domestic design and technological solution of the receiving part of the photodiode;
* high signal-to-noise ratio;
* high detective ability;
* work in the spectral range: 0.35...1.06 microns;
* four groups of diode ratings according to photoelectric characteristics;
* diameter of the photoactive area: 200, 500 and 1000 microns.

The scope of application is fiber optic communication lines, location and ranging, laser radars, weak signal detection and biomedical devices.
