Summary
The Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry offers consumers a technology for the synthesis of 14β-(isoxazol-3-yl) methylsteroids under a commercial offer with technical support and is looking for partners to conclude a recearch cooperation agreement.
Description
The cleavage of the heterocycle under different conditions was studied, criteria for the selectivity of reactions were established, and rearrangement products were determined by 2D NMR. Pathways for modifying bridging nitrosteroids in order to obtain compounds with cytostatic activity have been determined, and criteria have been identified that determine the biological activity of the products of transformation of bridging nitrosteroids.

The discovery of new reactions or new transformations in a certain series of compounds, the proof of the structure of new compounds, the establishment of a structure-function relationship, the determination of the specific biological activity of organic compounds, in particular modified steroids, are relevant today and are the basis of synthesis technology.
