Description
A technological complex consisting of three main stages has been developed:
- centrifugal impact grinding operating in a cycle with built-in classification;
- high-intensity impact-abrasive grinding;
- highly efficient classification.
The created complex is intended for obtaining ultra-fine modified powders of mineral materials with a particle size predominantly less than 0.01 mm with high homogeneity and whiteness indicators with a virtually complete absence of harmful iron-containing impurities. It can be used to obtain such micropowders as electrocorundum, zeolite, marble, calcite, chalk, cement, talc, graphite, etc.

The created complex is intended for obtaining ultra-fine modified powders of mineral materials with a particle size predominantly less than 0.01 mm with high homogeneity and whiteness indicators with a virtually complete absence of harmful iron-containing impurities. It can be used to obtain such micropowders as electrocorundum, zeolite, marble, calcite, chalk, cement, talc, graphite, etc.
Advantages and Innovations
The cost of the line for obtaining ultrafine modified powders of mineral materials in a complete set (including a classifier of ultrafine powders, an aspiration system and a return system) is 1.9 times lower than the best foreign analogue - Grinding and Classifying System, ECUTEC, NETZSCH Group.
The advantages are:
- in relation to the best domestic samples (indicators) - has no analogues;
- in relation to the best world samples (indicators) - at the level of world analogues;
- import intensity (the share of imports in the cost of a unit of production) is approximately 10-20%.
These technological complexes do not have a negative impact on the environment.
The crushed product has a high specific surface area and physicochemical activity of particles, has a specified narrow granulometric composition.
The reduction of specific energy consumption and the absence of over-crushed classes is ensured by the iterative (continuous) cycle of operation of the grinding complex - "grinding - separation - continuous removal of the finished product from the grinding process".
Compared to other methods of grinding materials, the reduction in energy costs is from 12 to 56%.
The advantages are:

The availability of modern universal milling machines with CNC DMU-60 T2 and 5-axis machining center FUQ 150-VR/10 with a working stroke along the X, Y, Z axes of 9000x1500x2000 mm and a positioning accuracy of 20 μm, allows us to manufacture high-precision parts, including large-sized ones, by milling various surfaces, drilling, boring, and thread cutting.
The MS MTT 1600 machine, TRK 80, W100, 2H637G F1 machines ensure the manufacture of units, mechanisms, and medium-sized parts weighing up to 20,000 kg.
The enterprise has such unique technological equipment as turning and boring machines 1L532, 1540F1, which are capable of processing large-sized parts with a diameter of up to 4 m, a height of up to 2 m and a weight of up to 60,000 kg. CNC sheet bending presses HAP 4100-160 with CNC, IA 1434, IB 2424A for bending and rolling metal sheets with a thickness of up to 25 mm and a width of up to 5000 mm. Welding production is equipped with modern energy-saving welding equipment operating in pulse mode, allowing to save electricity, and ensuring the execution of high-quality welded joints. The enterprise has a mechanized complex for automatic welding and surfacing in a protective gas environment RTK IRB 1600-6/1.45, which allows to reduce the labor intensity of surfacing with a wear-resistant coating by 50% and increase the durability of products during operation by more than 30%, as well as 30 welding stations certified according to DIN 188000-7 class E.
The automated plasma cutting complex created by the enterprise for automated shaped and linear cutting of sheet metal from corrosion-resistant, ferrous and non-ferrous metals with high productivity and guaranteed cutting quality (thickness of the cut metal: plasma - 0.5-80 mm, autogen - 20-250 mm) allows to reduce the material intensity, energy intensity of the manufactured products, significantly reduce labor costs in their production due to the use of rational automated cutting of metal, the removal of additional mechanical processing and manual gas cutting operations from the technological process.
The KGR-01 hydroabrasive cutting complex manufactured by JSC NPO Center allows cutting sheet metal, non-conductive materials of various densities (from granite to foam rubber) with high productivity and guaranteed cutting quality.
The balancing machine mod. MS 9717 DMR allows balancing parts weighing up to 1000 kg, with an outside diameter of up to 1800 mm.
