Summary
The Institute of Economics offers consumers the definition of a quantitative assessment of the country's export potential using a decompositional approach to assessing the export opportunities of an individual country in trade with a target world market under an outsourcing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.
Description
The study is aimed at determining the quantitative assessment of the country's export potential. A new decompositional approach to assessing the export opportunities of a particular country in trade with the target world market is proposed, based on measuring the supply of the country through existing export flows in accordance with the trends in demand from the target market and the terms of trade between the exporting country and the target market. The proposed methodological framework was tested on the example of the export of the Republic of Belarus, which made it possible to determine in value terms the export potential of the country in the context of its trade interaction with individual regional integration associations.

In the context of expanding foreign trade relations and increasing competition in international markets, the effective use of export potential is one of the priority areas of the country's foreign economic strategy. At the same time, the determination of the country's potential opportunities to sell competitive products to the foreign market today requires new methodological approaches. In turn, this implies consideration of issues related to the quantitative assessment of the country's export potential, which were practically not given attention in the works of Belarusian scientists.

Methodological recommendations can be used in the development of medium-term and long-term state programs in the field of development of the foreign trade sector of the economy of the Republic of Belarus, as well as in the development of the country's export strategies.
Advantages and Innovations
For the first time, a decompositional approach to the quantitative assessment of a country's export potential in the context of world trade in goods has been proposed.
