Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry offers consumers services for testing raw materials and finished meat and dairy products for quality and safety indicators under an outsourcing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.

The Institute offers a range of services for laboratory research (testing) of raw materials and finished products in terms of quality and safety on the basis of a production and testing laboratory accredited in the Accreditation System of the Republic of Belarus for technical competence in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019.

The Institute conducts tests of food products, meat and dairy raw materials, semi-finished products, auxiliary materials to determine organoleptic, physico-chemical, radiometric indicators, safety indicators in accordance with the scope of accreditation and current regulatory documentation regulating test methods and ensuring their objectivity and reliability.

Tests are performed for the following product groups:
- meat, poultry, eggs and their processed products;
- milk and dairy products;
- flour, cereals and bakery products;
- sugar and confectionery;
- fruits and vegetables;
- oilseed raw materials and fatty products;
- food products for children;
- compound feed and feed raw materials for agricultural animals and birds.

The tests determine:
- organoleptic indicators;
- physical and chemical indicators (including protein composition of milk);
- safety indicators (content of heavy metals, content of antibiotics, mycotoxins);
- microbiological indicators;
- content of cesium radionuclides - 137.
