Summary
The Institute of Energetics offers consumers an aerodisintegrator for grinding ultra-strong, super-hard materials to submicron particles of dry biological forms without deformation of cell nuclei under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners to conclude a distribution services agreement.
Description
Purpose of aerodisintegrator - grinding of super-strong, super-hard materials to submicron particles (minimum grain size 60 nm), dry biological forms without deformation of cell nuclei. The uniqueness of the process is in the non-contact disintegration of particles into tiny fragments in a swirling air stream.

Areas of use:
• food industry - production of natural thickeners from oats for baby food (grain size 2-3 microns), sugar powder for confectionery, natural food colorings (grains 0.5-1 microns);
• perfumery industry – production of high quality powders, creams, ointments and pastes (grain size 0.5-2 microns);
• pharmaceutics – production of medicinal powders with high intensity of assimilation, production of drugs absorbed through the skin, new high-quality materials for dentistry;
• industry – production of highly durable powder coatings based on corundum and diamonds for metal-working equipment, silicon grinding for microelectronics (grain size from 0.06 to 0.5 microns);
• military-industrial complex - grinding of graphite and ferrites for use in stealth technologies,
• nuclear power industry – grinding of erbium and dysprosium oxides for the manufacture of neutron-absorbing rods for the control and protection system of nuclear reactors.
