Experimental and Production Enterprise "Ferrit" offers consumers magnetic pulley separators of the SMB-SHK1 series under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners to conclude under a distribution services agreement.

Experimental and Production Enterprise "Ferrit" manufactures magnetic pulley separators of the SMB-SHK1 series, designed to extract ferroparticles and objects fr om a flow of dry material transported along a belt conveyor.

Magnetic pulley separators of the SMB-SHK1 series are installed instead of the drive drum of the belt conveyor at the place wh ere the transported material leaves the conveyor belt.

Principle of operation:
The operation of the magnetic separator of the SMB-SHK1 series is based on the principle of extracting ferromagnetic impurities and objects from bulk materials using a powerful magnetic field created by permanent magnets. The separated material is fed to the drum along a conveyor belt. When the material passes along the conveyor belt over the magnetic drum, under the influence of a powerful magnetic field, ferromagnetic particles and objects are attracted to the drum and held on the conveyor belt until it is separated from the drum. Thus, the purified non-magnetic bulk material leaves the drive magnetic drum along the usual trajectory, and ferromagnetic impurities and objects, being attracted to the drum, change their trajectory and fall from the conveyor belt at the place of its separation from the drive magnetic drum.

In the manufactured separators of the SMB-SHK1 series, the magnetic induction can reach 500 mT, in similar separators SMSH of the Magnit Research and Production Association, the maximum magnetic induction is 350 mT (the higher the magnetic induction, the stronger the effect of the magnet at a given point, and the better it can hold the ferromagnetic particles at that point).
