Description
The filter element "Гриф-Р" is designed to replace the elements of PALL brand CS604LGH13. The filter "Гриф-Р" consists of two combined filter layers. The inner layer is made of fibrous-porous polypropylene covered with material «Грифтекс» - it provides preliminary and fine filtration of gases, as well as coalescence of aerosols. The outer layer - porous polypropylene applied to a perforated metal pipe - plays the role of capturing secondary aerosol and drainage of liquids. The metal tube provides compressive strength when the filter is installed in the housing. Зorous material from polytetrafluoroethylene «Грифтекс», consists of short fibers with an average diameter of 10..20 microns and a length of 0.2..2 mm. Porosity 85..90%, specific gravity 300..400 kg / m3. The specific surface area of ​​the material is about 4.9 m2 / g. Possesses low adsorption memory, hydrophobicity, lyophilicity, resistance to aggressive liquids and gases, UV radiation, high heat resistance.

Designed for cleaning compressed gases from condensates, mechanical impurities, and aerosols in a wide temperature range. Due to the design features, the filter element has increased dirt holding capacity and service life.

The institute offers the manufacture of filters to consumers under a manufacturing agreement.

Compared to filtering elements made of powder or foamed metals, еhe filter elements "Гриф-Р" have a much higher efficiency of capturing water-oil aerosols and several orders of magnitude greater dirt holding capacity.
