Summary
A.V.Luikov Heat and Mass Transfer Institute offers consumers a heat pump installations under a commercial agreement with technical assistance and is looking for partners to conclude a research cooperation agreement.
Description
A heat pump is a device with which you can transfer heat from a less heated environment to another, increasing the temperature of the latter. Heat pumps are alternative energy sources that allow you to get cheap heat without harming the environment.
Heat pump installations TNU PKTN-30
On the basis of an experimental heat pump, a heat pump installations TNU PKTN-30 (30 kW) was created, designed for testing and research in order to improve the operation of heat pumps of various designs in both heat and cold modes of use, as well as to demonstrate the possibility of using them in heating mode - underfloor heating (radiator, air), in cooling mode - air dehumidification (food storage, vegetable stores).
During operation of the unit, the temperature of the refrigerant in the evaporator varies from 2 to 12 °C, in the condenser from 30 to 57 °C. This ensures the production of 28.5 to 32.5 kW of heat while consuming 4.4 to 5.0 kW of electrical energy. Thus, for heat, the efficiency coefficient is from 5.3 to 7.4. For cold, when consuming from 4.4 to 5.0 kW of electrical energy, from 24.1 to 27.5 kW of cold is provided; efficiency ratio from 4.3 to 6.4.
Heat pump installations TNU DPKTN-1
Heat pump installations TNU DPKTN-1 (15 kW) is designed for testing in order to improve the design of the heat pump, search for optimal modes of its operation, as well as to demonstrate the possibility of using it in heating mode (warm floor), in cooling-air dehumidification mode.
TNU DPKTN-1 (15 kW) was created on the basis of the experimental vapor-compression heat pump E-DPKTN-1 (up to 15 kW), designed to work with R404A refrigerant, which is a mixture close to azeotropic, which determines the constancy of operational characteristics. Modifications of the heat pump unit are possible: standard (with two efficient heat exchangers with a scroll compressor); compact (with four efficient heat exchangers with a scroll compressor). Highly efficient heat exchangers with copper tubes and stainless steel tubes with an increased heat exchange area in various modifications are used.
Technology characteristics:
- total power consumption 2.5-2.9 kW
- power supply 380-400V; 3/50 Hz
- compressors,scroll type
- capacity control standard expansion valves
-EER coefficient (Energy Efficiency Ratio, calculated as the ratio of cooling power to power consumption) 5.5-4.0
-COP coefficient (Coefficient of Performance, denotes the ratio of heating power to power consumption) 6.5-5.0
The Institute offers partners:
* a heat pump installations under a commercial agreement with technical assistance;
* improvement of the design of heat pump installations under a research cooperation agreement.

Advantages and Innovations
Compressor MLZ076T4LP9 maintains pressure in the evaporator zone from 0.5 to 0.8 MPa, in the condenser zone from 2 to 2.5 MPa.
Circulation pumps pump coolant from evaporators to cold consumers and from condensers to heat consumers. All nodes and communications that make up the installation operate autonomously, and measuring and control devices exchange with the control computer via a standard universal USB interface, which will provide a sufficient level of unification.
