The Institute of Biophysics and Cell Engineering offers consumers mesenchymal stem cells induced to differentiate in the osteogenic direction under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners to conclude a distribution services agreement.
The biomedical cell product is adult mesenchymal stem cells with confirmed differentiation in the osteogenic direction (hereinafter referred to as MSCOD). Along with the main therapeutic properties of multipotent mesenchymal stem cells, MSCs are able to initiate and maintain the process of local osteogenesis.

The optimal biomaterial for the isolation of native MSCs in an adult for the purpose of their further cultivation and subsequent targeted osteoinduction is adipose tissue. Due to the ability of MSCs to actively proliferate in vitro, it is always possible to obtain a cell dose sufficient for successful clinical use. To confirm the osteogenic differentiation of MSCs, the most reliable technology is used - real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR).

One of the areas of application of MSCOD is traditionally considered to be dentistry, in particular, the treatment of periodontal diseases. Pathological changes in chronic periodontitis, leading to the destruction of the bone structures of the tooth socket, are a natural field of activity for regenerative technologies.

After local transplantation of MSCO on a collagen membrane into the periodontal pocket, the process of regeneration and formation of bone tissue begins. The activity of MSCOD ensures the launch of reparative osteohistogenesis. The angiogenic activity of MSCOD with the formation of a new microvasculature in healthy tissues surrounding the tooth stimulates the recruitment and proliferation of resident mesenchymal cells of the recipient bed.

- cultivation of viruses, development of new methods of cultivation of human viruses to create diagnostic tools, medical prevention and treatment of viral diseases;
- creation of prototype vaccines - against influenza (inactivated and recombinant), against African swine fever (vector), against pulmonary tuberculosis (therapeutic based on donor dendritic cells), innovative drugs against influenza.
