Summary
Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry offers consumers technological support for the manufacture of dairy products from dry mixes or milk under a manufacturing or license agreement and is looking for partners to conclude a distribution services agreement.
Description
The technology allows the production of fermented milk products from dry mixes, powdered milk, etc. According to this technology, the production of a mixture of sour-milk adapted initial children's dietary therapeutic and children's dietary preventive nutrition "Bifidobact for children - 0" and others has been launched. The product is intended for feeding children from 3 weeks of age.
It is made on the basis of a dry adapted initial milk formula, close in fatty acid and amino acid composition to the composition of human milk. The mixture contains the entire spectrum of macro- and micronutrients necessary for children from birth to six months. The functional properties of the mixture "Bifidobact for children-0" are due to the properties of the strains of probiotic microorganisms used in its manufacture, which is confirmed by the results of clinical trials. 1 ml of the product contains at least a million living cells of bifidobacteria.
The use of the mixture is relevant:
- with artificial and mixed feeding
- to normalize the intestinal microflora
- with intestinal infections
- against the background of antibiotic therapy
- with food allergies
- with dysbacteriosis
- pregnant women
- nursing mothers.
Products for baby food:
- сontains whey proteins that optimize the amino acid composition of the mixture;
· in the fatty component contains the optimal ratio of linoleic and α-linolenic acids;
· contains long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LCPUFA: ARA, DHA), which are the building material for brain cells, retina, etc., positively affect the immune system, help to cope with inflammatory processes;
- contains nucleotides that stimulate the maturation of the immune system, improve the regeneration of the intestinal epithelium, and have a positive effect on the growth rate of the child;
- prebiotics (galactooligosaccharides, fructooligosaccharides) improve digestion, stimulate the growth of beneficial microflora, and prevent the development of dysbacteriosis;
- lutein - determines the structure and function of the retina, protects the organ of vision.
A mixture for young children "Bifidobact children-0" became the Laureate of the competition-exhibition "The Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus, 2010".
