Description
The development of new methods of sanitary processing and corresponding sanitary and hygienic requirements is of particular importance in the food industry due to the susceptibility of products to accelerated spoilage, which is relevant, in particular, for dairy and meat products.

The use of effective detergents and disinfectants that maintain the sanitary and hygienic condition of food enterprises at the required level, as well as modern technological solutions for their use, significantly reduces the risk of microbial contamination of finished products and contributes to the compliance of the quality and safety indicators of produced food products with all regulatory requirements.

The equipment and premises sanitation department offers a range of services for sanitary and hygienic control of production and the introduction of modern sanitation technologies:
- control of sanitary processing of equipment, inventory, pipelines, etc.;
- air control of industrial premises;
- control of detergents and disinfectants;
- development of consumption standards for detergents and disinfectants per unit of output;
- development of individual technological standards for water consumption and wastewater disposal for enterprises of the agro-industrial complex;
- provision of advisory and methodological assistance on organizing and conducting aerosol disinfection at enterprises with microbiological quality control;
- assessment of the antimicrobial activity of disinfectants and antiseptics;
- determination of the cleaning ability of technical detergents for the food industry.
