Morphological characteristics:

Plants are semi-erect at the tillering stage. During the pre-earing stage (swelling of the leaf sheaths), the incidence of plants with curved flag leaves is low to moderate. Earing time is early. The ear position at the end of flowering is semi-drooping. The waxy coating on the ear is moderate. Plant length at the milky-wax stage is 73-75 cm. The ear is multi-rowed, medium-dense at maturity, and cylindrical. Sterile spikelets are deflected. The grain is chaffy. The development type is winter.

Agronomic and biological characteristics:
A mid-season variety suitable for brewing. The average yield for the 2017-2018 trials was 57.7 c/ha, with a maximum yield of 113 c/ha obtained in 2017 at the Goretskaya SS State Agricultural Institution. The average 1,000-kernel weight was 42.0 g, with a grain density of 541 g/l. The growing season averaged 274 days. Winter hardiness and lodging resistance were rated at 4.9 points, and drought resistance was rated at 3.7 points. Grain protein content was 11.9%, and grain size was 84%. Malt extract was 79.4%, and grain friability was 69%.
