"NPO Center" offers consumers the services of scientific and production complexes for electron beam welding of products for various industries (KL-155, KL-156) under an outsourcing agreement and/or subcontracting and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.
Description
"NPO Center" is the only enterprise in Belarus providing electron beam welding (EBW) services to a wide range of customers.
EBW systems allow solving unique production problems. Welding takes place in vacuum chambers.
The welding speed reaches 5-8 mm/sec, with a weld depth of 100 mm.
Technological capabilities of electron beam welding systems:
- Welding of thick-walled aluminum (up to 160 mm); titanium alloys (up to 110 mm), refractory metals (tantalum, tungsten), low-carbon, corrosion-resistant, copper, nickel steels, aluminum alloys, ceramics; dissimilar metals and alloys;
- High quality of the welded joint along the entire depth with unique ratios of "depth/width" (up to 50:1) and "price/quality";
- The strength characteristics of the weld and the weld-affected zone are not inferior to the strength characteristics of the base material;
- Low heat input into the product, eliminates significant thermal deformations and allows for the formation of finishing and cosmetic welds;
- Modern precision tooling (5-coordinate robot arm + 2-coordinate table) and an automated control system allow solving complex and high-precision tasks of both single and serial production.
Up to 210 parts can be loaded into the chamber at a time.

2. Production and supply of finished products using EBW.

In addition to electron beam welding, the company's production facilities enable it to perform virtually all types of metalworking, shot blasting, high-quality painting, and processing of large-sized parts up to 4 m in diameter, up to 2.24 m in height, and weighing up to 32,000 kg. It is also possible to manufacture high-precision parts, precision assemblies, large-sized structures of increased complexity, non-standard equipment, and metal structures according to customer drawings, including those made of aluminum alloys AMG, titanium, stainless steel, and heat-resistant steel.

The production base of JSC "NPO Center", equipped with modern equipment, makes it possible to perform almost all types of metalworking, shot blasting, high-quality painting, ensures the manufacture of large-sized structures of increased complexity, crushing and sorting, medical equipment, attractions, technological lines, complexes, non-standard equipment. The availability of modern universal milling machines with CNC DMU-60 T2 and 5-axis machining center FUQ 150-VR/10 with a working stroke along the X, Y, Z axes of 9000x1500x2000 mm and a positioning accuracy of 20 μm, allows us to manufacture high-precision parts, including large-sized ones, by milling various surfaces, drilling, boring, and thread cutting.
The MS MTT 1600 machine, TRK 80, W100, 2H637G F1 machines ensure the manufacture of units, mechanisms, and medium-sized parts weighing up to 20,000 kg.
The enterprise has such unique technological equipment as turning and boring machines 1L532, 1540F1, which are capable of processing large-sized parts with a diameter of up to 4 m, a height of up to 2 m and a weight of up to 60,000 kg. CNC sheet bending presses HAP 4100-160 with CNC, IA 1434, IB 2424A for bending and rolling metal sheets with a thickness of up to 25 mm and a width of up to 5000 mm. Welding production is equipped with modern energy-saving welding equipment operating in pulse mode, allowing to save electricity, and ensuring the execution of high-quality welded joints. The enterprise has a mechanized complex for automatic welding and surfacing in a protective gas environment RTK IRB 1600-6/1.45, which allows to reduce the labor intensity of surfacing with a wear-resistant coating by 50% and increase the durability of products during operation by more than 30%, as well as 30 welding stations certified according to DIN 188000-7 class E.
The automated plasma cutting complex created by the enterprise for automated shaped and linear cutting of sheet metal from corrosion-resistant, ferrous and non-ferrous metals with high productivity and guaranteed cutting quality (thickness of the cut metal: plasma - 0.5-80 mm, autogen - 20-250 mm) allows to reduce the material intensity, energy intensity of the manufactured products, significantly reduce labor costs in their production due to the use of rational automated cutting of metal, the removal of additional mechanical processing and manual gas cutting operations from the technological process.
The KGR-01 hydroabrasive cutting complex manufactured by JSC NPO Center allows cutting sheet metal, non-conductive materials of various densities (from granite to foam rubber) with high productivity and guaranteed cutting quality.
The balancing machine mod. MS 9717 DMR allows balancing parts weighing up to 1000 kg, with an outside diameter of up to 1800 mm.
The radial drilling machine mod. RFh 100/3000 allows drilling holes with a diameter of up to 170 mm in products with a diameter of up to 6,000 mm.
In 2013, the company organized a section for the manufacture of large-sized products weighing up to 32,000 kg.
