Description
The technologies allow to produce:
* through heating of bars, pipes, rods, rings, strips of various geometrical sizes for hot forging, upsetting, rolling;
* surface hardening of machine-building parts of a wide range: axles, pins, bushings, shafts, gears, plates, machine beds;
* metal melt before pouring;
* soldering cutting tool.
Advantages and Innovations
The technologies are highly productive; technological simplicity, the possibility of full automation, small deformation of parts, the absence of scale and decarburization, environmental friendliness.

The technologies have a high heating efficiency (at least 95%); energy savings (at least 30%); equipment payback only due to energy savings (no more than 3 years). The equipment is competitive and science-intensive, corresponds to the V and partially VI technological structures.
