Summary
Production Enterprise "Experimental Plant" of the Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Agricultural Mechanization offers consumers Telescopic loader ZT-40A under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.
Description
The ZT-40A (ZT-40A-01) telescopic loader is designed for loading vegetables into storage (piles) for bulk storage, as well as into containers and in bulk into vehicles.
Operating principle:
The products are loaded from the feed conveyor into a rubberized receiving neck and fed along a Barbieri (Italy) chevron
belt into piles to a height of up to 5.7 meters at a distance of up to 12.5 meters, or directly into vehicles or containers.
Features of the ZT-40A (ZT-40A-01) loader.
The control panel is made in a vandal-proof case, the buttons are protected from water and dust, which allows the loader to operate in the most extreme conditions.
The loader is equipped with a multi-layer chevron reinforced rubber-fabric belt of the BARBIERI brand (Italy) (you can check it by the brand stamp).
The standard configuration of the pile layer is equipped with metal body kits with rubber skirts that prevent the machine from running over vegetables.
Unlike competitors who are trying to save money, we use expensive geroller hydraulic motors in production only according to the new standard of orbital motors Orbital X from Danfoss (or other analogues).
The torque of such hydraulic motors is 15% higher than that of similar gerotor hydraulic motors.
Geroller hydraulic motors have additional protection for trouble-free operation in conditions of high dust concentration.
Improved shaft seal that extends the service life of the hydraulic motor.
The design of the geroller hydraulic motor takes into account severe operating conditions, such as variable dynamic radial load, frequent starts and stops and vibration on the shaft, the output shaft of the hydraulic motor is mounted in needle bearings.
A powerful towing hitch is used, providing quick and easy coupling with the KT-40 telescopic conveyor.
The control cabinet uses reliable electrical components from Scheider Electric, Danfos (or other analogues), and also provides a phase and voltage control relay.
The ZT-40 loader uses a two-way chain drive of the conveyor, which ensures a smooth, uniform boom extension, eliminating belt distortions.
Two-component polyurethane paint and varnish coating.
Options:
1. Wireless vandal-proof remote control.
2. Installation of an additional geroller hydraulic motor on a chevron belt.
3. A set of ultrasonic sensors providing
fully automatic operation of the telescopic loader ZT-40.
Information and technical specifications are posted in the Catalog of the Experimental Plant pp.24-25. (in Russian)

Additional comments
The State Production Enterprise "Experimental Plant" of the Republican Unitary Enterprise "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Agricultural Mechanization" is a leading enterprise in the Republic of Belarus and one of the world's manufacturers of machines for planting potatoes, their post-emergence processing, technological lines for laying in storage and removing from storage root crops, as well as a complex of machines (mini-mills) for preparing them for sale (dry cleaning, washing, grinding, weighing and packing in polyethylene, mesh bags).
The RUE "Experimental Plant of the Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the BSSR" was organized in 1958 on the basis of the existing workshops of the Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the BSSR on the basis of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the BSSR dated March 24, 1958 No. 175 and the order of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the BSSR dated May 21, 1958 No. 11.
The material and technical re-equipment of the enterprise was carried out. New machines and equipment were purchased, and repairs were made to the premises.
The latest products of the plant are machines for the primary processing of potatoes and other root crops, their placement in storage, removal from storage and preparation of vegetable products for sale in the retail network.
The manufactured machines fully comply with international standards and have certificates of conformity of the Customs Union and the European Union. Considering the use of components of Belarusian and Russian production, the cost of the manufactured machines is 30-40% lower than imported analogues.
A special feature of the plant is the fact that the manufactured machines can be profitably assembled into lines consisting of machines with various fillings, which can be used both in large modern storage facilities, logistics centers, and in small farms.
