Description
The KI grinding complexes on a gas-static support provide for obtaining up to 40 t/h of several narrow fractions of the final product in the required size range (-0.02 ... -0.5 mm).
The KI grinding complexes are successfully used in the production of mineral powder, cement, microcalcite micropowder, etc.
The method of centrifugal impact grinding, implemented in the grinding complexes of NPO Center, allows obtaining a material characterized by quality indicators unattainable using other types of grinding. The crushed product has a high specific surface area and physicochemical activity of particles, has a specified narrow granulometric composition.
The reduction in specific energy intensity and the absence of over-crushed classes is ensured by the iterative (continuous) cycle of the KI complex - "grinding - separation - continuous removal of the finished product fr om the grinding process".
The KI grinding complexes are a coordinated modular system of units: mills, fans, cyclones, classifiers, filters, automation and control systems.
The initial product is fed into a rotating accelerator. Having received the required peripheral speed for grinding, it flies out of the accelerator, hits the impact surface of the crushing chamber and is destroyed. It is then picked up by the air flow and carried out to the classifier, which is part of the mills, wh ere it is separated. The under-crushed material is returned for final grinding, the material of the required size is carried out to the cyclones, where it settles and enters the finished product bin.
This scheme allows to significantly improve the economic indicators of the grinding process, reduce the specific energy intensity, prevent over-grinding due to the continuous removal of the finished product and improve the quality indicators of the resulting material. The required size can be adjusted during operation without stopping the equipment.
The equipment of the grinding complex does not cause dusting because it operates under vacuum.
Air consumption is minimized due to the closed circuit of air flow use. Only a small part of the air used in the grinding process is released into the atmosphere.
Before entering the atmosphere, the air undergoes a multi-stage purification system and meets all environmental standards and requirements.

The automated plasma cutting complex created by the enterprise for automated shaped and linear cutting of sheet metal from corrosion-resistant, ferrous and non-ferrous metals with high productivity and guaranteed cutting quality (thickness of the cut metal: plasma - 0.5-80 mm, autogen - 20-250 mm) allows to reduce the material intensity, energy intensity of the manufactured products, significantly reduce labor costs in their production due to the use of rational automated cutting of metal, the removal of additional mechanical processing and manual gas cutting operations from the technological process.
