Summary
The Institute of Energetics offers consumers an automated system for collecting and processing information on water, heat and electricity consumption, including receiving data from energy and water meters, automatic processing and transmission to energy and water supply organizations under a manufacturing agreement, and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.
Description
The automated system is designed:
- to ensure efficient operational accounting, as well as automation of data collection on energy consumption (electricity, heat, water);
- to automate commercial settlements;
- to improve the accuracy of accounting through the use of modern metering devices and the application of digital technologies for measuring, collecting and processing data;
- to provide information support for the tasks of automating the planning of energy consumption modes, generating statistical reports and accumulating retrospective data in terms of control and reporting periods;
- to transmit data to energy supply organizations;
- to automatically receive invoices for consumed energy and water from energy and water supply organizations;
- to automate settlements between landlords and tenants of premises for consumed energy and water;
- to prepare and send data on amounts to be paid for consumed energy to the accounting department;
- to forecast energy consumption.
The following tasks were solved during the development of this system:
- modernization of heat and electric energy, water metering units in buildings with the installation of modern electronic metering devices equipped with remote data transmission devices;
- development of a system for collecting information coming from metering devices;
- development of software that allows analyzing incoming information from metering devices and calculating energy and water consumption for unmetered consumers (tenants of premises), generating information on the consumption of fuel and energy resources and water sent to the energy supply organization, generating statistical reporting.
The electronic digital platform EACS consists of:
- an electronic digital device for collecting data from electricity consumption meters, transmitting them to the ASKUE energy sales service (USPD);
- a digital platform consisting of two server blocks.
Organizations organize the metering of energy resources and water using devices equipped with data transmission devices.
Data collection from electricity meters is carried out via 3G, Internet, RS 485, and radio channels.
Data collection from heat and water meters is carried out via the A1 service platform, to which data is received via NB-IoT technology.
Current transformers and all energy and water meters are installed at the user's lower level of the automated system.

Advantages and Innovations
The unified automated system for collecting and processing information on water, heat and electricity consumption is a unified electronic digital platform, with the help of which organizations automatically process and transmit data received from energy and water metering devices to energy and water supply organizations, automatically receive invoices from them for consumed energy resources and water, carry out calculations and distribute these resources between the organization and tenants of premises, and also generate statistical reporting 12-TEK and departmental reporting "Information on fuel and energy resource consumption rates for the production of products (works, services)" in the form of reporting documents.
