Description
Application area:
- The gas connector is designed to connect cylinders to the technological gas supply line;
- The gas connector is a pipeline with one degree of freedom, which provides the supply of gases to the cylinder, regardless of the spatial orientation of its valve.

Specifications:
- The gas connector CG - 2 is used to connect cylinders to a gas distribution rail with a flexible gas supply system, with a fitting in the form of an internal truncated cone with a central angle of 60 ° and a union nut with a 3/8 thread;
- nominal bore diameter 3 mm;
- working gas pressure in the line, MPa, no more than 16.5 MPa;
- the maximum allowable gas pressure in the line is not more than 20 MPa;
- water pressure for testing the strength and density of the material and welded joints is at least 30 MPa. Each batch is tested at one and a half norm of working pressure (45MPa);
- overall dimensions, mm, not more than:
width, mm - no more than 110 (with clamp handle), height, mm - no more than 240 (complete), weight, kg, no more than 1000 g;
- ambient temperature at which operation of SG, OS is possible - 40°C +50°C.
- the flow part of SG-2, which is in contact with gases, is made of steel 12X18H10T, the rest of the parts are made of structural steel.

Guarantee period:
12 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer's warehouse, or at least 2000 refills.

The research and production base of the institute includes special technological and research equipment designed to develop and perform a full cycle of technological operations for the manufacture of microwaves, optoelectronic components, sensors of physical quantities based on microelectromechanical systems, equipment for the manufacture of medical products - Glucosen sensors etc. In particular, the equipment allows you to perform the operations of cutting semiconductor ingots of A3B5 compounds (GaAs, InP, GaN, etc.), grinding and polishing wafers, epitaxial growth, thermal diffusion and implantation of dopants, microcircuit packaging, control of their parameters, etc. d.

The Institute has licensed software for electrodynamic calculations, its own library of standard elements, methods for monitoring and testing microwave components in the C, S, L, X, K wavelength ranges, electronic lithography equipment with a resolution of 100 nm, which provides a modern level of design standards.

As part of the specialization, the development of technologies, the element base and, based on it, devices for various radio-electronic systems is carried out: radar systems, fiber-optic communication lines, laser rangefinders, systems for leveling and orientation of objects, control systems, guidance and navigation, etc.
