In the framework of a visit to the Republic of Mordovia (Saransk, November 4-6, 2024) as part of the official delegation headed by the Minister of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Nalivaiko, the Director of the Republican Center for Technology Transfer (RCTT) Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy took part in a meeting of the working group on cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Mordovia.

Over two days, a delegation of the Republic of Belarus consisting of 30 people visited the region’s industrial, educational and cultural facilities, and held a number of business meetings with members of the regional government and representatives of the business community.

On November 5, in accordance with the program of the visit, Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy visited the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "National Research Mordovian State University named after N.P. Ogarev" (MRSU), where he held meetings and discussed prospects for cooperation in the field of technology transfer and commercialization with Vice-Rector for Research Dr. Alexander Davydkin, Director of the Department of Innovations Dr. Irina Gvozdetskaya and Director of the Department of Science and Technology Dr. Anatoly Lysyakov. Following the meeting, a draft Agreement on cooperation in the field of technology transfer, protection of intellectual property rights and scientific activity between MRSU and RCTT was prepared. The subject of the Agreement is the organization of interaction between MRSU  and RCTT in areas related to promoting technology transfer, scientific activity and protection of intellectual property rights of Russian and Belarusian organizations. The draft Agreement, in particular, stipulates that RCTT will provide the technology transfer center of the MRSU with a login and password for posting proposals for cooperation of the center's clients in the form of technology offers/requests, business offers/requests and R&D requests on the RCTT Internet portal https://www.ictt.by.
