Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy, Director of RCTT took part in the 1st Assembly of Technology and Innovation Support Centers of the Republic of Belarus

On November 30, 2022, the 1st Assembly of Technology and Innovation Support Centers (TISC) of the Republic of Belarus was held in Minsk.

The organizers of the event were the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus (SCST), the National Center for Intellectual Property (NCIP), the Republican Scientific and Technical Library with the support of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Federal Service for Intellectual Property of the Russian Federation.

1st Assembly was held online and offline.

Vice Chairman of the SCST Ms. Tatyana Stolyarova, General Director of the NCIP Dr. Uladzimir Rabavolau, Director of the Technology and Innovation Support Division WIPO Mr. Andrew Czajkowski, Director General All-Russian Society of Inventors and Innovators Dr. Anton Ishchenko, President TISC Association of the Russian Federation Mr. Gleb Sharag and others took part in the work of the 1st Assembly.

The participants of the 1st Assembly discussed the state of and prospects for sustainable development of the national network of TISCs and its cooperation with TISCs of the Russian Federation.

Within the framework of the 1st Assembly, the signing ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement between the National Center for Intellectual Property and the Technology and Innovation Support Centers Association of the Russian Federation took place. The agreement was signed by NCIP Director General Dr. Uladzimir Rabavolau and President of the Association of Technology and Innovation Support Centers of the Russian Federation Mr. Gleb Sharag.

Director of the Republican Center for Technology Transfer Alexander Uspenskiy made a presentation at the 1st Assembly on “Technology Transfer and Integration of New Resources to Strengthen the Capacity of TISCs in the Republic of Belarus”.
