Summary
A.V.Luikov Heat and Mass Transfer Institute of the NAS of Belarus offers consumers services for the analysis of the surface area and the study of the porous structure of materials using methods of physical and chemical sorption under a outsourcing agreement or subcontract.
Description
A.V.Luikov Heat and Mass Transfer Institute of the NAS of Belarus is equipped with a modern adsorption analyzer of specific surface area and porosity ASAP 2020, which is designed to analyze the surface area and study the porous structure of materials using methods of physical and chemical sorption. Performs a complete analysis of micro- and mesopores, their size distribution and determines the surface area.
The adsorption analyzer ASAP 2020 of combines versatility and versatility in one convenient desktop device. Management is carried out using a computer with software in a WINDOWS environment, providing fully automatic analysis. Multitasking software allows you to manage the analysis process, data collection, saving the results and issuing reports.
The analysis of the distribution of the volume and surface area of micropores, depending on the size, is carried out using the following methods:
* Horvath-Kawazoe (by pore size 0.35–150 nm);
* Dubinina-Astakhova (by pore size 0.2 – 10 nm).
Adsorption analyzer ASAP 2020 has the following features:
* two independent vacuum systems are used for analysis and sample preparation;
* the sample preparation system allows for fully automated degassing of two samples with precisely controlled temperature conditions;
* the temperature of the internal piping system is precisely controlled.
Technical specifications:
Areas of analyzed materials:
* pharmaceuticals;
* medical implants;
* aerospace industry;
* activated carbons;
* fuel cells;
* catalysts;
* electronics;
* nanotubes;
* cosmetics;
* ceramics, etc.
The Institute offers partners services for the analysis of the surface area and the study of the porous structure of materials using methods of physical and chemical sorption under a outsourcing agreement or subcontract.
