Summary
Materials strength testers IPM-1 provides a non-destructive measurement of the strength of concrete, asphalt concrete, and other building materials (bricks, silicate blocks, etc.) using the calibration dependencies according to the STB 2264 method and GOST 22690-88. Devices are certificated and have an excellent metrological performance. Devices have the number РБ 0303425815 in the State Register of measuring instruments.
Description
Devices implement the method of dynamic indentation - one of the most informative ways to determine the physical and mechanical properties of materials. This method is based on the evaluation of material properties, using the parameters of its interaction with a striking indenter during the test. According to the results of a single impact, the user receives data about the strength, as well as other physic and mechanical characteristics of the material being tested (elastic module, hardness, stiffness). The extended measuring range, which allows controlling both asphalt concrete with a strength of 1 MPa or higher, and high-strength concrete with a strength of up to 100 MPa.

High impact energy (more than 1 J) in combination with the developed signal processing algorithm reduces the negative influence of such factors as the spatial orientation of the device and the presence of structurally inhomogeneous materials in the affected area.

Strength measurement range: от 1 до 100 MPa
Measurement error: ±8 %
