Winter triticale, variety "Ustye."

Morphological characteristics:
The plant is semi-erect at the tillering stage. The stem is 125-129 cm tall, hollow between the base of the spike and the lower stem node, and strong. The leaves are green with a strong waxy coating. The spike is cylindrical, yellow, fully awned, 12 cm long, with 32 spikelets per spike. The awns are short and serrated. The grain is semi-elongated and yellow.

Agronomic and biological characteristics: This medium-stemmed variety has an average yield of 72.9 c/ha during testing from 2015-2018, with a maximum yield of 120.8 c/ha obtained in 2017 at the Zhirovichskaya State Agricultural Institution.
Winter-hardy, relatively resistant to drought and lodging.

Snow mold is present at the same level as the control variety Mikhas. 1,000-seed weight is 44.3-48.5g. Grain protein content is 12%, starch 66.5%, and the falling number is 200 seconds. Grain forage.
