Institute of Fruit Growing offers consumers the winter-hardy, high-yielding fruit variety of cherry Vyanok under a manufacturing agreement and/or services for modification and adaptation to local conditions of the technology for growing cherries and sweet cherries on private plots under an outsourcing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.

Origin: open pollination of the Novodvorskaya variety.

The variety is winter-hardy, productive (up to 22 t/ha with a planting pattern of 5 x 3 m on a wild cherry seed rootstock).

The tree is vigorous, the crown is of medium density, pyramidal, raised. Fruiting - on the growth of the previous year and bouquet branches.

Biological characteristics: begins to bear fruit in the 3rd year after planting in the garden on a seed rootstock. Self-fertile. Moderately resistant to coccomycosis and resistant to monilial burn.

The fruits are medium-sized (average weight - 3.8 g), rounded, dark red.

The stone is medium-sized, easily separated from the pulp.

The pulp is dark red, medium density, juicy, with a pleasant sweet and sour taste (tasting score: 4.5 points). The juice is dark red.

Consumption period: mid-July.

- design and planting of gardens and berry fields;
- implementation of patent-licensing and inventive work, wide dissemination of scientific research results through information, advertising and publishing activities.

The Institute of Fruit Growing has concluded more than 80 agreements on scientific cooperation with fruit growing institutions from 23 countries.

In addition to broad international cooperation, the Institute actively interacts with research institutions of the Republic. In accordance with the order of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus dated 09.04.2007 No. 16, agreements on scientific support in the field of fruit growing were concluded between the Institute of Fruit Growing and the RUE "Grodno Zonal Institute of Plant Growing of the NAS of Belarus", RUE "Brest OSKhOS of the NAS of Belarus", RUE "Gomel OSKhOS of the NAS of Belarus".
