The Center for System Analysis and Strategic Research of NASB offers consumers Services for the identification of products, information, works, services, and results of intellectual activity as specific products (works, services) under an outsourcing agreement and/or subcontracting and is looking for partners to conclude a distribution services agreement and a research and technical cooperation agreement.

In accordance with regulatory documents, legal entities and individuals intending to import, export, or act as brokers for products, information, works, services, and intellectual property are required to identify them in accordance with export control legislation.

The identification of objects to establish their identity is carried out by the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (NAS of Belarus) and other government bodies (organizations) within their competence, if specialized knowledge in science and technology is required for the identification.

The NAS of Belarus carries out identification based on applications from legal entities and individuals on a contractual basis.

By Resolution No. 37 of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus dated May 19, 2017, the State Scientific Institution "Center for Systems Analysis and Strategic Research of the NAS of Belarus" was designated as the NAS organization responsible for the identification procedure.

The State Scientific Institution "Center for Systems Analysis and Strategic Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" is a state scientific institution under the jurisdiction of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

The Center's primary objective is to conduct research in the scientific, technical, and socioeconomic development of the Republic of Belarus, study the theory and practice of organizing scientific, technical, and innovative activities, and develop methodological foundations for implementing socioeconomic and scientific-technical development programs, as well as forecasts and plans for the innovative development of the Republic of Belarus.

The Center's primary objectives are:
- conducting fundamental and applied scientific research in assigned research areas;
- identifying pathways for the scientific and innovative development of society, participating in the implementation of scientific and technical programs and projects in priority areas of scientific and technical activity;
- developing recommendations for the practical application of the Center's research results and supporting their implementation in public administration, education, and other organizations;
- studying and summarizing global scientific achievements within the Center's specialization and promoting their scientific and practical application;
- advanced training of researchers and specialists, including in international research centers;
development of the Center's own scientific and innovative potential, as well as conceptual and applied research completed at the Center.

Activities:
Monitoring global scientific achievements and identifying strategic areas of scientific and technological progress.
Developing long-term forecasts for the development of the science-technology-innovation system. Developing and reviewing business plans, feasibility studies, and investment proposals.
Conducting fundamental and applied research and development in priority areas of scientific and technological activity.
Scientific review of key scientific research programs, scientific, technical, and national economic programs, innovation projects, as well as draft regulatory legal acts relevant to the institution's specialization.

Special Functions.

Based on paragraph 6 of clause 6 of the Regulation on the Identification Procedure, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 49 of February 28, 2017, "On State Regulation in the Field of Export Control," the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus identifies goods, information, works, services, and results of intellectual activity as specific goods (works, services) upon applications from legal entities and individuals on a contractual basis.
