Summary
The Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry offers food producers a technology for producing whey protein drinks to replenish protein metabolism during increased physical activity under a commercial agreement with technical assistance and/or a licensing agreement and is looking for pathners to conclude a research cooperation agreement.
Description
This drink is designed to support protein metabolism during increased physical activity.
Protein metabolism is supported by the main component – whey protein, which has increased biological value and is rapidly absorbed. The 6.3 g of essential branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) per serving ensures harmonious recovery after long-term strength training, while the 5 g of glutamine per serving supports muscle growth and prevents muscle catabolism.
The product contains no added sugars, and its sweet taste is ensured by the sweetener sucralose. Sucralose has a zero glycemic index, making it suitable for use by people with impaired carbohydrate metabolism.
Scope: Meat processing plants.
The information is available in the Catalog of the Latest Practice-Oriented Developments of Organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Republic of Belarus (2025), p. 130. (in Russian)
