Description
Experimental and production enterprise «Ferrit» of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus offers consumers a line of automatic belt weigh feeders «DVL-A-70-800-3000», «DVL-A-16-800-3500» and «DVL-A-16-650-7000», designed for continuous maintenance of set flow rate of material and accounting of transported mass in the technological line.
The automatic belt weigh feeder consists of:
* belt conveyor;
* local control panel;
* control cabinet (power cabinet);
* electronic control system including:
- logical programmable controller;
- bellows-beam load cell;
- incremental encoder;
- frequency converter;
- asynchronous electric motor;
- discrete electronic signal converters;
- relay and protective electronic devices;
- signal line of communication and control with upper level automated process control system.
Principle of action of feeder is based on use of physical property of load cell (weight type load cell) to induce stress under mechanical loads on it. The gravity of the measuring object (material) causes deformation of sensing element of the measuring instrument, which is converted into an electrical analog signal proportional to mass of measuring object. This signal is subjected to analog-to-digital conversion, mathematical processing by electronic computing devices of measuring instrument with further determination of mass value of measuring object. Based on information about measured mass value, in accordance with a preset program, the speed of conveyor belt is automatically adjusted to maintain set performance value. The measurement results are displayed on dispenser display or transmitted as a digital electrical signal via a digital communication interface.
Belt weigh feeder have following distinguishing features:
* reversible method of operation;
* spring-orthodox weighing mechanism (allows to improve stability and accuracy of scales);
* possibility to carry out accounting of moved mass in both directions of conveyor operation with accuracy of 0,15...2 %;
* the best price/quality ratio.
