Production Enterprise "Experimental Plant" of the Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Agricultural Mechanization offers consumers Receiving and sorting stations PPS under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.

The receiving and sorting stations are designed to receive products fr om the field from dump trucks, separate the soil and waste, and sort the products into two fractions. The complexes are made in a single frame with two belt inspection tables for personnel to work directly during the process of receiving vegetable products from the field.

Operating principle: the products are unloaded from the dump truck into the body of the sorting bin, falling onto a wide belt of the bottom conveyor. Then the product goes to the soil-separating module made of sliding polyurethane rollers, then the product flow is divided into two belt conveyors and gets onto the inspection tables. From both sides, operators perform an inspection, remove low-quality products, stones, garbage using the lower discharge conveyor, the waste is transferred to a box or container. The product that has passed the inspection goes to the calibrating module, consisting of six spiral rollers, wh ere the product is divided into fractions and gets onto the discharge conveyor.

Unlike competitors, we use expensive gerotor hydraulic motors in production only according to the new standard of orbital motors Orbital X from Danfoss or other analogues.

The torque of such hydraulic motors is 15% higher than that of similar gerotor hydraulic motors.

Gerotor hydraulic motors have additional protection for trouble-free operation in conditions of high dust concentration.
Improved shaft sealing that extends the service life of the hydraulic motor.

The design of the gerotor hydraulic motor takes into account severe operating conditions, such as variable dynamic radial load, frequent starts-stops and vibration on the shaft, the output shaft of the hydraulic motor is mounted in needle bearings.
The control cabinet uses reliable electrical components from Scheider Electric, Danfos (or other analogues), and also provides a phase and voltage control relay. PPK 12-40 is painted in a two-component polyurethane paint and varnish coating.

The State Production Enterprise "Experimental Plant" of the Republican Unitary Enterprise "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Agricultural Mechanization" is a leading enterprise in the Republic of Belarus and one of the world's manufacturers of machines for planting potatoes, their post-emergence processing, technological lines for laying in storage and removing from storage root crops, as well as a complex of machines (mini-mills) for preparing them for sale (dry cleaning, washing, grinding, weighing and packing in polyethylene, mesh bags).

The RUE "Experimental Plant of the Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the BSSR" was organized in 1958 on the basis of the existing workshops of the Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the BSSR on the basis of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the BSSR dated March 24, 1958 No. 175 and the order of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the BSSR dated May 21, 1958 No. 11.

The material and technical re-equipment of the enterprise was carried out. New machines and equipment were purchased, and repairs were made to the premises.

The latest products of the plant are machines for the primary processing of potatoes and other root crops, their placement in storage, removal from storage and preparation of vegetable products for sale in the retail network.

The manufactured machines fully comply with international standards and have certificates of conformity of the Customs Union and the European Union. Considering the use of components of Belarusian and Russian production, the cost of the manufactured machines is 30-40% lower than imported analogues.

A special feature of the plant is the fact that the manufactured machines can be profitably assembled into lines consisting of machines with various fillings, which can be used both in large modern storage facilities, logistics centers, and in small farms.
