Structurally, conveyor scales consist of:
* supports to fixed on conveyor;
* weight roller supports with rollers;

* tape movement control devices;
* control cabinet.

Principle of action of the scales consists in measuring the magnitude of the electrical signal taken from strain gauges stressed by the weight effect.
