The Center for System Analysis and Strategic Research of NASB offers Services for organizing and supporting the participation of legal entities and individuals in exhibitions and fairs under an outsourcing agreement and/or subcontracting and is looking for partners to conclude a distribution services agreement and a research and technical cooperation agreement.

The Center offers services for the preparation of exhibition materials and the participation of legal entities and individuals in exhibitions and fairs to improve the organization and efficiency of exhibition activities, conduct marketing research, and study the innovation market to promote scientific and technical results in the global and national markets for high-tech products.

A sample list of services includes:
- Search, selection, and approval of promising scientific and technical products from legal entities and individuals for their display at exhibitions and fairs and subsequent commercialization, as well as the search for potential partners.
- Compilation of a list of promising scientific and technical products from legal entities and individuals for display at exhibitions and fairs;
- Preparation of informational presentation materials for exhibition exhibits;
- Development of a concept for each specific exhibition and exhibition design projects;
- Preparation of presentation materials (electronic, in Russian and English) in accordance with existing requirements for the creation of a virtual exhibition of scientific and technical products on the RCTT internet portal ictt.by, creation of virtual tours (3D tours);
- Distribution of information about virtual exhibition exhibits through the partner network and the creation of a database of potential partners in the exhibition region.
- Methodological, logistical, and informational support for the participation of legal entities and individuals in exhibition activities;
- Training in scientific and practical seminars for representatives of exhibition and fair participants, as well as marketing and exhibition specialists involved in the promotion and presentation of scientific and technical developments.

The State Scientific Institution "Center for Systems Analysis and Strategic Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" is a state scientific institution under the jurisdiction of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

The Center's primary objective is to conduct research in the scientific, technical, and socioeconomic development of the Republic of Belarus, study the theory and practice of organizing scientific, technical, and innovative activities, and develop methodological foundations for implementing socioeconomic and scientific-technical development programs, as well as forecasts and plans for the innovative development of the Republic of Belarus.

The Center's primary objectives are:
- conducting fundamental and applied scientific research in assigned research areas;
- identifying pathways for the scientific and innovative development of society, participating in the implementation of scientific and technical programs and projects in priority areas of scientific and technical activity;
- developing recommendations for the practical application of the Center's research results and supporting their implementation in public administration, education, and other organizations;
- studying and summarizing global scientific achievements within the Center's specialization and promoting their scientific and practical application;
- advanced training of researchers and specialists, including in international research centers;
development of the Center's own scientific and innovative potential, as well as conceptual and applied research completed at the Center.

Activities:
Monitoring global scientific achievements and identifying strategic areas of scientific and technological progress.
Developing long-term forecasts for the development of the science-technology-innovation system. Developing and reviewing business plans, feasibility studies, and investment proposals.
Conducting fundamental and applied research and development in priority areas of scientific and technological activity.
Scientific review of key scientific research programs, scientific, technical, and national economic programs, innovation projects, as well as draft regulatory legal acts relevant to the institution's specialization.

Special Functions.

Based on paragraph 6 of clause 6 of the Regulation on the Identification Procedure, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 49 of February 28, 2017, "On State Regulation in the Field of Export Control," the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus identifies goods, information, works, services, and results of intellectual activity as specific goods (works, services) upon applications from legal entities and individuals on a contractual basis.

By Resolution No. 37 of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus of May 19, 2017, the State Scientific Institution "Center for Systems Analysis and Strategic Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" was designated as the organization of the National Academy of Sciences responsible for the identification procedure.
