Advantages and Innovations
Currently, this product has virtually no competitors in the domestic market in its line of similar products.
It satisfies at least 93% of the target audience's needs for industrial explosives.
Unlike other industrial explosives, this product is a universal substance, free of explosive-sensitive or environmentally harmful components, and offers a high degree of handling safety.
Extremely low sensitivity to mechanical and thermal stress, the ability to adjust explosive characteristics over a wide range of operating densities, excellent water resistance, resulting in the preservation of explosive characteristics in flowing waters and even at great depths, complete mechanization of the borehole loading process during blasting operations, a near-zero oxygen balance in the system due to the balanced oxidizer and fuel content, which ensures low-toxicity gas release during explosions, a relatively inexpensive raw material base, and an affordable price allow this product to better meet the needs of the target audience.
To improve the competitiveness of the products, the viscosity and dispersion of the products, the electrical capacity of the Nitronite emulsion, and the final density of the Nitronite explosive substance have been reduced.
