Summary
The Institute of Genetics and Cytology offers consumers reagent kits for the detection of genetic markers SNP/STR3-TMG, SNP/STR3-TMG under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.
Description
The kit is designed to identify genetic markers of predisposition to thrombogenic diseases.
The kit is based on fragment analysis and minisequencing methods (SNaPshot analysis technology) with polymerase chain reaction and subsequent detection of the obtained fluorescently labeled fragments by capillary electrophoresis in vitro.
Number of markers in the kit: 9 pcs.
Duration of analysis: 7 hours.
Amount of introduced DNA: 10 ng.
Shelf life of the kit: at least 6 months.
