Summary
The Institute of Energetics offers consumers services for energy surveys of enterprises and organizations (Energy audits), development of standards for the consumption of fuel and energy resources, energy-saving measures and plans for their implementation under an outsourcing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.
Description
The Center for Collective Use on Energy Audit (hereinafter referred to as the CCU) was established at the Institute of Energetics March 2011.
The CCU has a measuring laboratory called "Energy Monitoring" in its structure, which uses equipment and measuring devices to ensure the completeness and reliability of measurement results with the required accuracy. The "Energy Monitoring" laboratory performs the following work and measurements:
• thermal imaging control of the quality of thermal insulation of building envelopes, surfaces of process equipment and heating pipes;
• determination of the heat transfer resistance of enclosing structures;
• measurement of temperature, pressure, gas composition: O2, CO2, CO, NOx, SO2, H2S, etc., differential pressure, gas leakage, air/flue gas flow rate and other parameters;
• measurement of surface, liquid and gas temperatures by contact and non-contact methods;
• measurement of electric power quality;
• measurement of illumination.

Advantages and Innovations
The devices available at the CCU are used for instrumental assessment of fuel, heat and electric energy consumption in production facilities, buildings, boiler plants, and energy-intensive process equipment. The measurements taken allow energy losses to be calculated with sufficient accuracy, on the basis of which measures are developed to save energy. The measurements are carried out by specially trained specialists as part of energy surveys at the request of organizations.
Technical specification or expertise sought
The Institute of Energetics is registered in the register of the National System of Conformity Assessment of the Republic of Belarus No. BY/112 04.17.003 15688. 6 employees of the Center for Control and Public Utilities are energy auditor experts of the National System of Conformity Assessment of the Republic of Belarus for conducting energy audits of organizations and have the relevant competence certificates.
