Scientific and Practical Center for Agriculture Mechanization of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as the Center) is the largest organization in the Republic of Belarus to develop, test, and produce agricultural machinery.

Activity area:
- creation of competitive models of equipment, mechanisms and materials, advanced technologies, and other types of science-intensive products based on the development of fundamental and applied scientific research conducted by the Center and subsidiary unitary enterprises;
- organization of cooperation with scientific, educational, design and engineering, technological, industrial, agricultural, and other organizations to integrate the scientific potential of scientific organizations of the Academy of Sciences and institutions providing higher education, for the joint solution of the most important scientific, technical and humanitarian problems, increasing efficiency using the results of scientific research in the industrial and social spheres of the republic;
- carrying out fundamental and applied scientific research in fixed scientific areas;
identification of fundamentally new ways of scientific and technological progress, implementation of applied scientific research in priority areas of scientific and technical activities, development of new generation means of mechanization of agricultural production and agricultural energy;
- development of recommendations on the use of the results of scientific research of the Center in practice, their support in the development of production;
- carrying out, on behalf of the leadership of the Academy of Sciences, other government bodies, scientific examinations of the most important scientific, scientific, technical, and national economic programs, innovation projects, as well as draft regulatory legal acts on the profile of the Center;
- study and generalization of the achievements of world science in the profile of the Center and promotion of their practical use;
- training of highly qualified scientific personnel through postgraduate studies, doctoral studies, and competition;
advanced training of researchers and specialists, including in foreign scientific centers.

Currently, the Center produces 45 models of machinery and equipment for agriculture, including:
- 20 types of machines and equipment for soil cultivation, sowing, fertilization, and cultural work;
- 13 types of machines and equipment for mechanization and automation of processes in fodder production and animal husbandry;
- 9 types of machines and equipment for cultivation, harvesting, storage, and pre-sale preparation of potatoes and vegetables;
- 3 types of machines and equipment for the mechanization of work in industrial gardens.

Product Catalog.

The manufactured machines fully comply with international standards and have certificates of conformity between the Customs Union and the European Union. Taking into account the use of Belarusian and Russian-made components, the cost of the machines produced by the Center is 30..40% lower than the imported counterparts.
