Summary
SPA of Powder Metallurgy (Production Republican Unitary Enterprise "Molodechno Powder Metallurgy Plant") offers consumers Friction discs for safety clutches of automotive and tractor equipment under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners to concludea distribution services agreement.
Description
The Production Republican Unitary Enterprise "Molodechno Powder Metallurgy Plant" and part of the SPA of Powder Metallurgy, has developed a technology and launched production of friction discs for safety clutches for automotive and tractor equipment (driven discs for safety clutches on tractors manufactured by the Bobruisk Plant of Tractor Parts and Units (BZTDiA)).

This information is published in the Catalog "100 Best Developments of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for the National Economy in 2022–2023," 2024, pp. 113–114.
Advantages and Innovations
Technical advantages (compared to the best domestic and foreign analogues):
stable friction coefficient values and reduced friction disc wear will increase service life by 1.5 times.
To meet environmental requirements for the manufactured friction discs, the friction material does not contain any harmful components.
The developed technology will halve the sintering time for friction discs by using a sintering line that ensures temperature uniformity in the furnace working zone of ±5–7 ºC (existing process equipment ensures heating uniformity of ±50 ºC).

Friction discs made from the developed friction material are manufactured using an iron-based alloy with a dynamic friction coefficient of 0.06–0.07; a static friction coefficient of 0.11–0.12; and a wear rate of 2–4 µm/km.
