On April 30, 2025, a video meeting took place between the Director of the RCTT, Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy, the President of the Vietnamese Young Business Association in Europe (VYBE), Mrs. Ha My Tran and the Deputy Director General of the Vietnam National Innovation Center (NIC), Mr. Vo Xuan Hoai.
