From June 6 to 13, 2025, the head of the Republican Center for Technology Transfer (RCTT) Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy was on a working visit to the PRC at the invitation of the China-SCO Technology Transfer Center (SCO TTC) and the organizing committee of the 2nd Belt and Road Conference on Scientific and Technology Exchange.

On June 8-9, he took part in the events of the SCO Scientific and Technical Cooperation Forum in Qingdao, the grand opening of the 4^th Member States Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and Exchange Events under the “SCO Year of Sustainable Development”, and together with specialists from the SCO TTC took part in placing the RCTT logo with a link to the RCTT Internet portal on the main page of the SCO TTC Internet portal in the "Partners" section and placing the RCTT logo in the "Resources and Services" section (subsections "Find products", "Find technologies" and "Find services" with a link to the RSS feed of cooperation proposals in English and Russian posted on the RCTT network, discussed the plan to open a mirror of the RCTT website https://www.ictt.by on the domain name www.ictt.asia.

On June 10-12, he took part in the events of the 2nd International Conference on Scientific and Technical Cooperation "One Belt, One Road" in Chengdu, where he signed a memorandum on cooperation with the Tianfong International Technology Transfer Center (ITTC), discussed the prospects of cooperation with the head of the ITTC International Cooperation Department Ms. Jie Zhang, deputy director of the Gansu Productivity Promotion Center Ms. Yan Lei, director of the Zhongwn (Huangpu) International Innovation Institute (Kunshan) Mr. Liang Chengfa, and others.
