From June 21 to 26, 2025, Director of the RCTT Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy, as part of the delegation of the NAS of Belarus, consisting of 77 experts, headed by the First Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus Academician Sergei Chizhik, took part in the Conference on the Exchange of Experience in Scientific Research and Development Belarus-China - 2025 in Xi'an.

Conference organizers: the Northwestern Polytechnical University and the NAS of Belarus.

Within the framework of the conference:

- On June 23, the opening of the Chainize branch of the NAS of Belarus at the Northwest Polytechnic University took place;

- On June 23-24, 7 thematic sections were held, where Belarusian and Chinese specialists made presentations. Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy took part in the work of section 5 "Information and communication technologies, technology transfer" where he made a presentation on the topic "Services and information resources provided by the Republican Center for Technology Transfer to Belarusian and Chinese organizations", held talks with Chinese partners, in particular, with the Director General of the TaiZhou Bai Cui Sci & Tech Service Co., Ltd., Mr. Li Changhua, on the state and prospects of cooperation in the field of technology transfer and commercialization.
