From November 2 to 6, 2025, the Director of the Republican Centre for Technology Transfer (RCTT) Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy was on a working visit to the PRC at the invitation of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology.

During his visit, Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy delivered a welcoming address to the International Symposium on Technology Transfer, Innovation Cooperation & Bio-Health Agriculture, which was attended by over 300 representatives from China, India, Pakistan, Thailand,  Arab and ASEAN countries. He signed a cooperation agreement between the RCTT and the Shaanxi International Technology Transfer and Innovation Cooperation Center, which became the 107th foreign and 33 Chinese partner with whom RCTT has signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of technology transfer and commercialization. He also visited and held talks with representatives of the following organizations:

- Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology;
- Shaanxi International Technology Transfer and Innovation Cooperation Center;
- Shaanxi Science and Technology and Resource Center;  
- Shaanxi University of Science and Technology; 
- Kangpu Cornerstone Health Life Technology Co., Ltd.

During his visits, Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy provided information about the services and information resources provided by RCTT to Chinese organizations. He also presented proposals for cooperation of the RCTT and the NAS of Belarus organizations, which are posted at the NAS of Belarus Virtual Exhibition and could be of interest to the organizations he visited. He also discussed the status and prospects of cooperation in the field of technology transfer and commercialization. Specifically, RCTT's proposals are aimed at finding partners for:

- implementing a project to study the possibility of using AI tools in the work of technology transfer centers and networks;
- development of the Belarusian-Chinese segment of the information technology platform for the transfer and commercialization of technologies for collective use.
