The Aerospace Open Innovation Challenge 2026

Organised by Enterprise Singapore the Aerospace Open Innovation Challenge 2026 (AOIC 2026) invites startups and SMEs to unlock new frontiers in aerospace and space, with the opportunity to secure funding support for co-development and pilot projects.

Launched at the Singapore Airshow 2026, the six AOIC challenge statements are in the areas of:

  • Digital transformation,
  • Next-generation productivity, and
  • Sustainable technologies for the future.

AOIC 2026 is open to any company addressing one or more of the six challenge statements. The challenge is not limited to aerospace companies.

The winning innovators can expect:

  • partner with industry leaders including Airbus, AIR Lab, Ariane Group, Bombardier, and Rolls-Royce;
  • mentorship and co-development opportunities;
  • access to prototyping and a total of up to 400000 Singapore dollars of funding support.

Registration is open now until 17 April 2026, 11:59pm (SGT).

Interested companies are encouraged to attend the Virtual Industry Briefing session on 26 February 2026, to hear directly from demand drivers about their challenge statements.
