From 6 to 10 April 2026 in Minsk, at the Center for Additional Education of the University of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus training sessions on the educational program for advanced training , "Professional Efficiency of Researchers" were held.

The training sessions were attended by 25 listeners  who represented 6 organization of the NAS of Belarus, State Institution "Belarusian Institute of Systems Analysis and Information Support for Scientific and Technical Sphere" and 2 industrial enterprises.

As part of the educational program Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy, Director of the Republican Centre for Technology Transfer discussed the following questions with the audience:

• policy and legislation in the field of technology transfer and commercialization: foreign and national experience
• instruments for technology transfer and commercialization: technology transfer networks, auctions of intellectual property
• insurance of intellectual property
• remuneration for the creation and use of intellectual property
• services, information resources and Internet tools provided by the Republican Center for Technology Transfer to entities engaged in innovation activities
