Lecture #5 of the "CPU 101" ANSO Science Lecture Series titled: "Model CPU" will be held on July 3, 2026.
In this session, Engineer MIAO Yuyang will introduce the computer state machine models, the concept of instructions, and the CPU model structure. By linking instructions to hardware states, this lecture will explain the inner workings of how a CPU executes code step by step.
About CPU 101：
CPU 101 is the second series of the ANSO Science Lecture Series. Organized and implemented by the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ICT, CAS), this series aims to help students understand the fundamental principles and design methods of processor chips, laying a solid foundation for more advanced study.
